Collection and usage of personal data
If you visit our website, our webserver and the webserver of Enterra GmbH are collecting data to hold up the connection and for statistic usage, your reduced ip-adress and the url from where you are connecting, as well as the date of your access, your browsertype and the type of operating system you use, plus the number of transfered bytes in context of the connection
If you execute the e-mail inbox, additional data will be collected that the service can be realized: your email, your logintime, the time of processing and your chosen course of action. In addition we save the errors for exception handling and other relevant events, your ip-adress, the url you were conecting, as well as your browsertype and the type of operating system you use, your name and email. Possibly we are saving some information into cookies towards your pc. The ITB Consulting GmbH and their technical partner, the Enterra GmbH, using your data only for the usage of ordered service. Enterra GmbH is saving them to a server, corresponding to the privacystatement inside the european union. We don't share the data we saved to an external third party.
For an evaluation of the offered services the answers will be anonymized, evaluated and aggregated. For example it will be analyzed, how often wich course of action was picked. These aggregated results were used to improve the service and if needed be released
Collected data will be deleted, if the legitimate or the contractual time limit has ended or if ITB Consulting or rather Enterra GmbH doesn't need the stored data any longer and there is no period for safekeeping by law.
Security
To protect yout stored personal data at our server from illegal useage, we composed extensive technical and internal security measures. Our security measures are continuously updated an refer to the newest technical progress. So the communication between your computer and our webserver happens is use of an acknowledged cryptographic technique (Secure Sockets Layer, SSL), if your browser is supporting it.
