Declaration of consent

Responsible entity: ITB Consulting GmbH, Koblenzer Straße 77, 53177 Bonn.

I consent to the storage of the personal data entered by myself until I revoke this consent. I have hereby been informed that, in accordance with Section 7.3 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), my consent has no effect on the legality of the processing carried out until the revocation. Following the revocation, access to my personal data will be blocked. My personal data can then no longer be used, and, provided the deletion does not conflict with any legal or contractual stipulations, the data will be deleted at the time of the next database clean-up, at the latest by the end of the next calendar year.

The following data may be collected, processed and used:

• address data (last name, first name)
• communication data (e-mail address)
• optional statements for evaluation purposes (gender, age, highest educational achievement, number of years of professional experience, number of years of management experience)
• documents containing personal data (test results and reports).

The personal data I myself have entered may be used for the following purposes:

• to enter into contact with me by e-mail
• to register and issue the test results
• to evaluate the test's quality criteria by using statistical programs (SPSS, R, Winsteps)
• to enable the company and ITB Consulting to access the test results.
